Poor interview technique, inexperience or lack of interview confidence are all things that can be improved with practise and appropriate feedback. At Interview & YOU we don't want anyone to miss out on career opportunities or suffer unnecessary stress around interviewing. We want to help by using our experience and insight to boost interview confidence by providing useful feedback and improving interview technique for our clients.

Jen is passionate about sharing her experience of (and her enthusiasm for!) interviewing with others. Jen will make you feel at ease in your interview, provide you with an authentic interview scenario based on her experience, and, will provide you with specific and actionable feedback. She has experience of interviewing from graduate roles to senior leadership and recognises that in order to feel confident everyone needs to find an interview style that works for them.

Jen has previously held leadership roles across banking and financial services consulting and now works as a financial adviser.
